Levis Streetwear SS13

 Some nice photography from Levis. This bearded fella resonates an effortless cool which I think a lot of dudes aspire to (he also looks vaguely like a young Matisyahu). I like seeing someone succeed in pulling of the most basic of attire. 

 Of course it’s very important to picture clothes ‘off-model’ when you’re thinking about buying anything ever. These clothes won’t make you look like that guy, looking like that guy will make you look like that guy. Tumblr especially is full of people who can pull off any look with a fist clenching ease. At the moment I’m slowly coming to terms with the fact that I will never look like a suave, french motorbike mechanic in double denim.

 I don’t think you can go wrong with any of this though. We’re not talking about leather skirts. If you can’t pull off jeans and a check shirt then… Well, sorry I guess.  

 The phrase ‘Levis’ are making a comeback is totally ridiculous because they never really went anywhere but I think they fell off the ‘hype radar’ for a while. But they’re definitely playing the game now and they have the heritage to back it up.
